Waiter

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to serve guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledgeable about our menu.

• Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Check on guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and prepare for the next guests
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Process payments and provide correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Follow all health and safety regulations
