Housekeeping

The management of house or premises, the work or activity of cleaning and preparing rooms for customers (in hotels/resorts), care and management of property all comes under the housekeeping services. We align our super crew for the service of our special customers.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts at the end of the shift.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of guests.
